It's Time for a Change... duh!

Hey everyone, Happy Election Day to you all. Sorry its been a few days since you've heard from me but I have been a little busy with work and just having some fun. Well, some sad news today, the Monopoly game at McDonald's is over. All I won was 150 Coke Reward Points. I'm still really upset about it, I think I got a zit on my forehead because of it.

So, I've noticed that to become a presidential nominee this year all you had to do was say that this country needs to change, and that is time for a change. If I would've known that's all it took to become a nominee, I would have looked into this. I'm not old enough to run yet but I could have started my campaign for the 2020 election now. Back to this change thing I hear so much about. I kind of just want to shake the man who came up with this, I'm not going to say his name but it rhymes with Obama, and I want to tell him, there has to be a change, and there is going to be a change. Bush can't run for president anymore, so that change thing you've been talking about has to happen. He should've thought about this before, if I was in the McCain camp, I would have attacked him for not being original. At least McCain has the Straight Talk Tour and Maverick references. I'm sorry, but anybody who can call themselves a Maverick is the sweetest title in the world! I would go by Maverick McCain, sounds more intimidating I think.

I haven't voted yet, I'm going after work. I'm going to wait in the long line to cast my vote. I'm thinking about writing my name in for some things but I don't know if they would count it or not, but how sweet would it be if I became Governor or something. If it happens then Taco Bell will give everyone a free taco on Thursday, November 6th. Vote for Travis Adkins on something and you get a free taco.

How old do you have to be to run for Governor? I'm thinking the next election I'll run for Governor, then in 2020 I'll run for president. If you think I, Travis Adkins, should run for Governor of West Virginia in 2012, give me a shout. If I can get enough support from the people of this great state, my family and friends, then I will formally announce my campaign for the 2012 election.

The 5th Meal SIDE NOTE Brought to you by Taco Bell:
Show some love, Travis Adkins for Governor 2012! I need a really cool slogan also. If you have any ideas for a slogan for my campaign, send me a shout out and I'll take the best one. And if you would like to help me achieve my dream and become part of my staff, let me know, I do have openings. It's all volunteer though, I can't afford to pay you. I'll give you a job when I become Governor.
